The next big launch from the South Korean giant will be the Samsung S series flagship devices- Samsung Galaxy S10 and Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. Being the tenth-anniversary products, Samsung fans are expecting huge in comparison with last year devices. The latest leak from the anonymous tipster gives us a hint towards some of the specifications of both these models. While the Samsung Galaxy S10 is claimed to be available in three sizes, the smallest of all will carry 5.8-inches display. This model previously was known to be called as “Lite”. Now, this may not happen and Samsung may prefer to give it other naming series. Or else, it will just be the smallest Samsung Galaxy S10 with the same processor and memory as other upcoming Samsung smartphones. The 6.1-inches Samsung Galaxy S10 is alleged to get a triple rear camera while the 5.8-inches model will get dual snappers at the rear. On the other end, the Samsung Galaxy S10+ may get 12GB RAM along with 1TB of internal storage. It is ought to have a bigger 6.4-inches display with three rear cameras and a dual selfie camera.
Few comments in the Reddit post claim the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus to be lighter than the latest Samsung Galaxy Note 9. Reports further hint the upcoming Samsung smartphones to get an in-display fingerprint scanner. Evan Blass, the tipster said that “ultrasonic, in-display fingerprint sensor” will be onboard with the Samsung Galaxy S10. Apart from these models, the company is yet to introduce Samsung Galaxy S10 5G that is claimed to Samsung Galaxy S10 X that features 6.7-inches Super AMOLED display. This will be the higher variant of all the models that are yet to be released. All the models are expected to get a new One UI software and may get a 3.5mm headphone jack. Though it is not confirmed the Samsung Galaxy S10 variants are likely to get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. Moreover, the device may get the support of wireless charging as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
Talking about the Samsung Galaxy S10 release date, the company has already sent out invites for the next Galaxy unpacked event that will take place in San Francisco on February 20, 2019. This is just a week before the Mobile World Congress meet kicks off. The pre-orders may start off immediately with the initial few units shipping in the mid-March. The event invite has a big 10 across the middle, thus suggesting that the entire event will be of the Samsung Galaxy S10. Apart from the release date, no other details are made official. The unofficial renders hint the device to feature the regular black variant along with the white and sea green color variants. While it is a bit difficult to predict the price, but as per our expectations, the Samsung Galaxy S10 would cost no more than $650. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus price could be around $950.
