Try to disable all the screen overlay permission for all apps so as to make the new app run.
Step 1: Once you find the screen overlay detected error message on the top, go to settings by clicking on the gear icon.
Step 2: Click on Apps option and again click on gear on the top right.
Step 3: Under access permissions, you will be able to find the option “Draw over other apps”.
Step 4: Here is a list of all app that has screen overlay permission. Click on each app and disable the option “Permit drawing over other apps”.

Step 5: Now, try to install the app that you were trying to do and recheck all those that are disabled to make use of those apps.
If the above-specified method didn’t work, then you can try out using “Safe Mode” feature.
Step 1: Firstly, find the app for which there is a screen overlay issue.
Step 2: Now, press and hold the power off button to find the safe mode option. Click OK to run the device in Safe Mode.
Step 3: Go to settings-→Apps-→ find the app with screen overlay problem and click on that app.
Step 4: On the App info, click on permissions. Enable all the options and reboot the Android smartphone.
