Over the past few years, Google has been gradually introducing its Pixel smartphones in the market. Right from the beginning, it is ensuring to offer the phones with specs and features that match up with current trends and requirements. Post the huge success of Pixel 2 XL, the company is now gearing up for its next offerings named Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. The Pixel lovers are already excited as the internet is flooded with the rumors of Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL release. Based on the rumors, here we present you some updates on the upcoming smartphones, which you can have a look at.
Earlier, Google has relied on the companies like HTC and LG to design its previous smartphone models. But the latest reports suggest that Google may now switch to Foxconn, which also manufactures the Apple iPhones. So far, there is no mention of the dimensions of these new devices. But there are a few images surfaced online that gives an idea of how the phones look like. Based on the leaked pictures, we can say that the upcoming Google Pixel phones carry almost the same design as the Pixel 2 with the top section being glossy and matte finish to the bottom. However, sources indicate that the Pixel 3 handsets will have a complete glass at the back instead of metal as seen in the Google Pixel 2 XL.
As per the sources, the Google Pixel 3 features OLED displays with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a resolution of 2960×1440 pixels. There might also be the popular notch design of the Apple iPhone X on the offer, but might be limited only to the 3 XL model. So this hints at a better screen to body ratio with very thin bezels. There is also news doing rounds about Android accommodating notched screens in Android P so we can expect the same in this too. The exact display sizes are yet to be revealed, however, these are rumored to be around 5.5-inches for the Pixel 3 and 6.1-inches for the XL version.
The previous Pixel phones are still one of the best in terms of camera specifications. They were released with a dual camera set up along with some added features. But this time, Google might stick to a single primary camera just as Sony did for its latest Xperia XZ2 handset. Despite carrying a single camera, it still performs excellently and supports the Portrait Mode depth effect, without the need for the second camera.
Moving to the technical side, Google Pixel 3 in Dubai is highly speculated to run on the pure Vanilla Android software version. It is said to exclude bloatware and other additional aspects, except for the features of Android. Unlike its predecessors, the new handsets are also said to arrive with Android P. In addition, we might also see Google Assistant on both these devices with some improvements. And under the hood, we can expect the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset along with Adreno 630 graphics. Details about the RAM are still unclear, but we can expect it to come with either 6GB or 8GB RAM options.
According to the recent reports, the Google Pixel 3 Pixel 3 XL release date in UAE will be in the second half of the year, and probably in October.
There is no mention of the Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL price in UAE so far. However, we can anticipate the Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3 XL price in UAE to be more than its predecessors.
